ZeroEgress is a VSCodium‑based offline AI code editor that provides chat, agent mode, Quick Edit (Cmd+K), and autocomplete exclusively for locally hosted model servers such as Ollama, vLLM, or LM Studio via loopback or internal network. All other network egress is blocked by a runtime guard and logged in a dedicated Output channel labeled “ZeroEgress: Network.” It eliminates telemetry, updates, and marketplace communications that typical local LLM tools often perform.
