The creator of Voodoo Quant, a state-of-the-art dynamic quantization method for aggressive quantization levels on smaller Qwen3.5 GGUF models, has released the methodology under the MIT license. Previously kept private, the decision to open-source follows numerous community requests for dynamic quantization techniques across various models. The author hopes the release will inspire further research in the field.
