ShotPlan is a new framework designed for cinematic video generation that enables coherent narratives through explicit multi-shot composition. Built upon a video diffusion foundation model, it introduces learnable planning tokens to capture shot-level transition cues. This approach addresses the limitations of single-shot generation to improve cinematic storytelling.
