OpenMed 3.0, an Apache‑2.0 licensed clinical AI toolkit, has been released, emphasizing fully local operation with no cloud fallback and support for offline use. It can run over 2,200 Hugging Face models via Transformers, ONNX, GGUF, llama.cpp, WebGPU/WASM in the browser, or on mobile devices. The project now has 422 open issues inviting contributions toward the upcoming 3.1 release.
