It delivers up to 1.3 PFLOPS FP8 performance, 1.5 TB/s memory bandwidth, and includes either 160 GB (Intel‑branded) or up to 480 GB LPDDR5X memory via ODM partners. The card connects via PCIe 5.0, draws 350 W, and uses passive air cooling.
