gstack is an open‑source MIT‑licensed collection of slash‑command skills that turn Claude Code into a virtual engineering team of 23 specialist roles (CEO, eng manager, designer, reviewer, QA lead, security officer, release engineer, etc.) backed by eight power tools. After cloning the repository and running ./setup (≈31 seconds on a 4‑vCPU Linux cloud machine), users add a gstack section to CLAUDE.md to enable commands such as /office‑hours, /plan‑ceo‑review, /review, /qa, /ship, /cso and /land‑and‑deploy. The workflow follows a sprint loop: /office‑hours reframes the product, /plan‑ceo‑review scopes it, /plan‑eng‑review locks architecture, /review catches bugs, /qa validates behavior in a real browser, /ship pushes a PR, and /land‑and‑deploy verifies production health. In the last 60 days the author shipped three production services and 40+ features while working part‑time, achieving a logical‑code‑change rate of ~11,417 lines/day—about 810 × his 2013 pace (14 lines/day) and 240 × the total output of 2013 year‑to‑date (through April 18 2026). Contributions rose from 772 in 2013 to 1,237+ in 2026, with AI generating most of the code. Setup requires Claude Code, Git, Bun v1.0+, Node.js (Windows) and optionally the Aside browser on macOS; additional flags enable the CSO security audit on Linux/macOS/Windows.
